The Houston Photochrome Club is a very inclusive group. We like having visitors. In fact, visitors are always welcome to attend our meetings, workshops or field trips. However, we require that one must be a member to enter digital images into our competitions.
Since images are to be emailed by the Sunday prior to each meeting, a new member joining at a monthly meeting will not be able to see their digital photography in our competition until the following meeting.
As for our dues, our membership fee structure is as follows:
$25 per year for individual membership
$29 per year for family membership
$21 per year for youth / senior membership
$25 per year for senior family membership
Senior is defined as 65 years of age and over.
Youth is defined as being a high school student, or one of that age, or younger.
Dues for new members are pro-rated on a semi-annual basis. Dues for membership renewals are due in September each year.
For membership, our club only requires a simple form to be completed, payment of dues and an interest in photography.

We customarily email our monthly newsletter to first-time visitors, but only members are sent newsletters on a continual basis. We provide members with pre-printed nametags, which are available at each meeting; and we publish a members' directory. So, membership has its privileges!
